Job Title : Flexcube (FCC) Production Support Engineer

Location : Airoli, Mumbai

Work Mode : Work from Office Client Location (Yes Bank)

Key Responsibilities :

Production Support & BAU Activities :

- Handle FCC BAU (Business As Usual) issues, perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and provide timely resolution.

- Provide L2 / L3 production support for Oracle Flexcube core banking application.

- Analyse production incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.

- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of the core banking environment.

- Manage and resolve user-reported issues, application errors, and transaction failures.

Banking Operations Support :

- Provide support for End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) batch processes.

- Ensure successful completion of banking batch operations and resolve any process failures.

- Monitor batch jobs and validate system data integrity after completion of operations.

Deployment & Release Management :

- Support production deployments, patch installations, and release activities.

- Perform deployment validation and post-deployment verification.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful deployment of new releases and fixes.

Disaster Recovery & Critical Activities :

- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, DR switchovers, and DR movements.

- Participate in critical system upgrade activities and major production changes.

- Assist in ensuring business continuity during critical banking operations.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination :

- Work closely with client teams, banking operations, and business users to understand and resolve issues.

- Provide regular updates on incident status and resolution timelines.

- Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and operational procedures.

Required Technical Skills :

Core Banking :

- Strong experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System (FCC).

- Knowledge of core banking modules, including :

1. LC (Letters of Credit)

2. BC (Bills & Collections)

3. CL (Corporate Loans)

4. ELCM (Enterprise Limits & Collateral Management)

5. FT (Funds Transfer)

6. CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)

7. SFMS

8. SWIFT Integration

Database & Debugging :

- Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL.

- Ability to perform database debugging and data validation.

- Experience in analysing logs, database queries, and application errors to troubleshoot issues.

Production Support Tools :

- Experience with incident management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.

- Knowledge of log analysis, monitoring tools, and system diagnostics.
