Key Accountability :

- Developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

- Collaborating with the design team to implement a UI that is visually appealing and intuitive.

- Building and optimizing database structures and queries to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Implementing server-side logic and APIs for seamless communication between the front-end & back-end systems.

- Conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects or issues.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborating with other team members, such as designers and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Providing technical guidance and support to other team members in their growth and development

- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

- Self-starter who understands the big-picture and is result- oriented.

Key Competencies :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack web development.

- Proficiency technologies : JavaScript, Node.js, React / Vue / Angular, REST, GraphQL, API design, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, version control systems and/or similar technologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).

- Experience in planning and performing unit testing and system integration testing, facilitating performance and user acceptance testing (using xUnit, Jasmine, mocks, fakes, etc.).

- Experience architecting, designing, and developing software solutions.

- Ability to provide technical expertise and creative solutions while maintaining alignment to the organization's objectives and customer needs.

- Substantial knowledge in security concepts and experience with secure code development techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

- Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
