Flam - Software Development Engineer II - Backend Development

Key Focus Areas :

Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle

East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms,

enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

Overview :

What you'll do :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and maintainable backend services using Golang and Node.js.

- Architect and implement microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features and improve system performance.

- Apply computer vision techniques to real-world problems, optimizing backend processing

pipelines.

- Contribute to infrastructure design and ensure seamless deployment through CI/CD pipelines.

- Follow best practices in version control using Git, including branching, merging, and code review

workflows.

- Monitor, debug, and enhance the performance of backend services in production.

What were looking for :

- Proficiency in Golang and Node.js.

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms and applications.

- Proven experience in designing scalable backend architectures.

- Proficiency with Git and effective branching strategies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

- Sound understanding of microservices architecture.
