First American - Staff Engineer - Windows Server

Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO.

- Proficient in Ansible automation, especially in writing playbooks and roles for patching, reporting, and orchestration.

- Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle and remediation planning.

- Experience in administering Group policy and Active Directory for server management, access control and compliance enforcement.

- Proficiency in scripting (Powershell, YAML) for automation tasks and system integration.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and AMI Baking/image lifecycle management.

- Strong problem-solving, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related fields.

- Advanced knowledge in AWS and Azure Infrastructure.

- Advanced knowledge in scripting like Python.

- Advanced knowledge in IaC tools Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Advanced knowledge in designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins, CodePipeline, or similar.

- Good knowledge of version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket or Team Foundation Server.

- Adept in System & IT operation Windows and Linux OS administration.

- Understanding of networking principles and technologies (DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies), Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
