Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Support Engineer to join our team in Belapur, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in DevOps operations, production support, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and incident management. Candidates must be willing to work from the office 6 days a week and support rotational shifts.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria :

- BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) only.

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps and Production Support environments.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and from the office (6 days/week).

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain production, staging, and development environments.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment-related issues.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement preventive measures.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.

- Manage cloud infrastructure and automate operational tasks.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and systems.

- Handle incident management, change management, and release support activities.

- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Linux/Unix Administration.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

- Experience with version control tools such as Git.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Nagios, or Datadog.

- Knowledge of scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

- Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, Load Balancers, SSL, and firewalls.

- Experience in incident management and production support processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications will be an added advantage.
