About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between Workday and various third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies, data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based integration solutions, while effectively collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems such as ADP and other enterprise applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Develop and support inbound, outbound, and middleware-based integrations using Workday integration tools and APIs.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful integration delivery.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Monitor integration performance and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, integration best practices, security guidelines, and quality assurance processes.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Workday integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 8 years of experience in Workday Integration development and support.

- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, business objects, data structures, and data mapping.

- Hands-on experience designing and building integrations between Workday and external enterprise systems.

- Solid knowledge of integration development principles, including interface design, data transformation, testing, and deployment.

- Experience working with Workday integration technologies such as :

1. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

2. Core Connectors

3. Workday Studio

4. Web Services

5. Document Transformation

- Strong understanding of API technologies, including :

1. REST APIs

2. SOAP Web Services

- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and related integration technologies.

- Familiarity with third-party systems, their APIs, data models, and integration protocols.

- Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration frameworks.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with ADP Data Bridge integrations.

- Experience implementing and supporting Workday Finance Integrations.

- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as :

1. Evisort

2. Adaptive Planning

3. Legal Tracker

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Workday environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant Workday Integration certifications will be an added advantage.
