Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (SDE-1 / SDE-2) to build and scale high-performance backend systems that power business-critical applications.

The role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about clean backend design, scalability, and writing production-grade code using Golang or Java.

You will work closely with product, frontend, and platform teams to design robust services, contribute to architectural decisions, and deliver highly reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang or Java.

- Build high-performance, fault-tolerant microservices for large-scale systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.

- Optimize services for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Work with databases, messaging systems, and caching layers.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.

- Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong programming skills in Golang or Java.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems basics.

- Experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience working in high-scale or product-based environments
