Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced SDE-3 / Lead iOS Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance iOS applications used by a large and growing user base.

This role is ideal for engineers who combine deep iOS technical expertise with architectural ownership and leadership.

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the mobile architecture, driving best engineering practices, and mentoring engineers while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and scale production-grade iOS applications using Swift.

- Lead the implementation of modern iOS UI frameworks including SwiftUI and UIKit.

- Architect and maintain modular, scalable iOS architectures to support long-term growth.

- Drive technical decisions, code quality standards, and architectural best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and raise overall engineering quality.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

- Own release processes, stability, and production issue resolution.

- Partner with Backend and Platform teams to define APIs and system contracts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.

- Strong expertise in Swift.

- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.

- Proven experience designing and implementing modular architectures (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, etc.

- Deep understanding of iOS internals, memory management, threading, and app lifecycle.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.

- Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience leading or mentoring iOS engineers.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

- Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

- Experience working in high-scale product or consumer apps
