Were now looking for a Senior Architect to join our Services Implementation team in Bengaluru, India to help us meet this challenge.

This is a strategic role, where youll shape the low-level architecture of partner-specific customizations and lead our efforts to industrialize delivery through standardization and automation.

Youll play a vital role in reducing our reliance on contractors, improving delivery quality, and driving long-term maintainability of our implementations.

Youll work closely with internal teams across product, technology, and services, as well as global partner ecosystems, helping us scale securely and efficiently while keeping innovation at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Do In This Role :

- Customization architecture & design Youll lead the architectural design of customer-specific integrations, translating product interfaces and partner requirements into concrete technical designs.

Youll produce and maintain design specifications, assess technical debt, and ensure consistent architectural standards across implementations.

- Standardization and industrialization Youll help us scale by driving reuse, reducing complexity, and introducing standardized patterns for common customization needs.

Your work will contribute to building out a service catalog and improving the serviceability and maintainability of our delivered solutions.

- AI-powered automation Youll actively identify where AI and automation can be used to boost delivery productivity.

Whether it's automating recurring tasks or applying intelligent tooling to architectural workflows, youll help turn potential into practice.

- Driving innovation Youll help foster a culture of experimentation and improvement by initiating innovation activities, such as hackathons and exploratory team projects.

Your ability to encourage creative thinking and turn ideas into actionable outcomes will help evolve how we deliver.

What are we looking for? :

- Technical expertise & architecture leadership - Youre an experienced solution architect with a strong background in designing scalable, integration-heavy software systems.

- You know how to produce detailed technical specs, guide cross-functional teams, and balance speed with maintainability.

- You're confident working with APIs, cloud-native services (especially AWS), and modern development frameworks.

- While you won't be hands-on coding, you're comfortable guiding teams working with technologies such as Java, Scala, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and C/C++ across backend, mobile, and cloud domains.

- Delivery experience in product customization - Youve worked in or alongside implementation or services teams, ideally delivering product-attached services or custom partner solutions.

- Youve dealt with constraints, dependencies, and evolving requirementsand know how to design for sustainability.

- Automation and AI knowledge - You bring a thoughtful approach to automation and are familiar with AI/ML opportunities in service delivery.

- Youve either implemented or evaluated tooling that helps reduce manual work and increase consistency.

- Cross-functional collaboration - You know how to work across organizational boundaries and communicate architectural decisions with clarity.

- Youve successfully influenced technical direction without always having direct authority and understand how to guide discussions that bring teams together.

- Global mindset & communication - This is a global role.

- Youll collaborate with colleagues and partners across Finland, the US, Malaysia, Slovakia, and beyond.

- Professional fluency in English is essential, and you understand how to adjust your communication across cultures and time zones.

- Experience & mindset - Ideally, you have 15+ years of experience in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.

- You have a track record of managing technical debt, driving reuse, and embedding quality in design.
