Roles & Responsibilities :

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Implementation of security and data protection.

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

- Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree.

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

- Working knowledge of frameworks like Flask, Django.

- Working experience of MongoDB.

- Knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- ORM and RDBMS knowledge.

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Understanding of server-side templating languages.

- Expertise in Core Python.

- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.

- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Experience in FastAPI.

- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.

- Experience with version control systems, databases, and API integrations.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Experience integrating or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar GenAI tools.

- Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.

- Familiarity with text analytics, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.

- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI) for NLP or GenAI applications.
