SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned

- Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches

- Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue

- Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions

- Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module

- Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required

- Provide standby or back-up support whenever required

- Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required

Required Functional Skills :

- Atleast 3 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management

- Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel

- HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus

- Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus

Qualifications :

- Any Graduation or higher in computer ,Information Technology, or any IT degree

- B.Sc(IT), MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc(Com)

- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members
