Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL-centric Data Analyst with strong experience in working with large datasets, ETL processes, and Data Warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end exposure to data analyticsfrom data extraction and validation to analysis and reportingwhile working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
This role requires hands-on expertise in advanced SQL and a solid understanding of data pipelines and warehouse concepts. Visualization skills are a plus but not a primary requirement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation on large and complex datasets
- Work with ETL processes and data warehouse systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
- Support end-to-end analytics workflows including data sourcing, transformation, and insights generation
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and data processes
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, functions, performance tuning)
- Experience with ETL tools and/or Data Warehouse concepts (fact/dimension tables, schemas, data modeling basics)
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation techniques
- Experience handling large-scale datasets in production environments
Good-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory) :
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau for basic reporting or data validation
- Familiarity with basic data modeling concepts
Note : This is NOT a Power BI developer role. Visualization skills are secondary.
