Job Description :

Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build and maintain user-facing interfaces using Lightning Experience, Visualforce pages, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Utilize Salesforce's declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes.

Integration :

- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.

- Work with middleware and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Collaboration & Analysis :

- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.

- Translate business needs into effective, scalable, and secure technical solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including code reviews and design discussions.

Maintenance & Support :

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolution and support for the Salesforce platform.

- Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and release notes.

- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrations.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations for enhancements.
