We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented TIBCO Software Engineer with deep, hands-on experience in TIBCO Hawk. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-level integration solutions using the TIBCO suite, with a special focus on creating and managing monitoring rules within Hawk. The ideal candidate will have strong integration knowledge, a passion for performance optimization, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x/6.x, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and other TIBCO adapters.

- Create, configure, and manage TIBCO Hawk rulebases and microagents to monitor the health, performance, and functionality of TIBCO applications, BW engines, EMS servers, and other components.

- Use Hawk and other monitoring tools to perform performance tuning on TIBCO applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and architects, to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and robust integration designs.

- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure that all development and administrative activities adhere to best practices.

- Utilize TIBCO utilities and scripting (e.g., shell scripts) to automate build and deployment processes.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and monitoring procedures.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on the TIBCO suite.

- Extensive, proven experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.

- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of TIBCO Hawk rulebases for monitoring various TIBCO components and applications.

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EAI), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and microservices.

- Strong proficiency with messaging concepts (JMS) and web services (SOAP/REST).

- Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Java or SQL.

- Experience working in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant TIBCO certifications (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional).

- Experience with other TIBCO products such as BusinessEvents or Adapters (e.g., SAP, ADB, File).

- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
