Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exchange On-premise and Office 365 Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange (On-prem and Online) and Office 365 services in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and on-premise infrastructure, including mailbox management, backup, and restore.

- Support Exchange Online services, including hybrid configurations, mail flow, and message tracking.

- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, OWA, and remote email access.

- Manage anti-SPAM tools and Enterprise Vault Servers.

- Oversee Office 365 services : Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance Center.

- Provide Tier 2 support and assist Tier 1 teams with escalated issues.

- Use PowerShell and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex Office 365 issues within SLA timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to resolve technical issues.

- Monitor system performance and conduct root cause analysis for critical issues.

- Execute migration projects, new implementations, and Office 365 improvements.

- Generate reports and documentation for Office 365 tasks and tickets.

Required Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Windows Server OS (2008-2019) and desktop environments (Windows 10/11).

- Strong understanding of Exchange protocols : SMTP, POP3, RPC/HTTPS, MAPI/HTTPS.

- Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid Configurations and Azure AD Connect.

- Deep understanding of Office 365 features : DKIM, DMARC, DLP, transport rules, retention, and archival policies.

- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams troubleshooting.

- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and tools like MFCMapi, IDFix, and other diagnostic utilities.

- Knowledge of ADFS Single Sign-On and Exchange backup/restoration tools.

Eligibility Criteria :

Experience : 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years as a Level 2 engineer.

Education : Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.

Certifications : Microsoft certifications for Office 365 workloads are a strong advantage.
