Evonence India - Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing end-to-end technical projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication, strategic problem-solving, and hands-on project ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

- Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, Kanban boards, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Develop project roadmaps, define milestones, and identify dependencies and risks

- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

- Drive cross-functional alignment and resource allocation to meet project objectives

- Communicate project plans, updates, risk mitigation, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership

- Track project status, progress metrics, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

- Facilitate issue resolution and remove blockers between teams

- Implement process improvements and contribute to improving project delivery frameworks

- Lead strategic initiatives to support organizational and product roadmap goals

Required Skillsets :

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Hands-on experience managing technical/software development projects

- Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and reporting skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-team dependencies

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira / Asana / Trello / MS Project / Confluence)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

- Understanding of engineering workflows, tech stacks, and SDLC processes

- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and handle ambiguity

- Experience in risk management, change management, and resource planning

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proactive ownership mindset

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field

- Agile / PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred
