About the Role :

EvoluteIQ is looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our product engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of backend components for our Agentic AI automation platform.

This role requires strong programming skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience with large-scale system architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Python.

- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Optimize existing code for performance and maintainability.

- Implement APIs, micro services, and data processing pipelines.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in production environments.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7 to 12 yrs years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years OOPS in Python.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts.

- Should be able to develop secure APIs.(Authentication mechanisms, SQL Injections)

- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Flask, or FastAPI.

- Good knowledge of RESTful API design, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORM tools.

- Working experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Good Design and SOLID Principles

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with AI/ML integrations or data-intensive applications.

- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching systems (Redis).

- Exposure to test automation and performance tuning
