About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Network Operations Center (NOC) Administrator to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the health and performance of critical infrastructure and systems across our enterprise.


You will play a key role in ensuring 24/7 uptime, performance, and reliability of our IT operations, with a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and security.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-availability environments, bring a strong SRE mindset, and have hands-on expertise in modern monitoring tools, infrastructure automation, and patch management across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitoring & Alerting :

- Configure, manage, and optimize enterprise-grade monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, SolarWinds, Nagios, Dotcom Monitor, Prometheus) to ensure real-time visibility into infrastructure and application health.

Incident Management :

- Detect, triage, and resolve system issues in a timely manner; escalate when necessary; maintain detailed incident logs and RCA reports.

Infrastructure Automation & Configuration Management :

- Leverage Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub to deploy and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC); ensure version control and repeatability of deployments.

Scripting & Tooling :

- Use PowerShell for automation of routine system administration tasks and report generation.

Patching & Vulnerability Management :

- Manage patch cycles for Windows and Linux servers using tools like Ivanti, Endpoint Central, and integrate vulnerability remediation practices.

Systems Administration :

- Perform routine system health checks, apply updates, and troubleshoot issues on both Windows and Linux platforms.

SRE Principles :

- Apply Site Reliability Engineering practices to improve availability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Agile & Collaboration :

- Work in Agile/ScrumBan environments; collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, DBAs, security, infra) and interface with JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, and other ITSM platforms.

Security & Compliance :

- Analyze vulnerability reports, prioritize remediation efforts based on risk and impact, and support audit/compliance activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and monitoring tool configuration.

- 2+ years of experience in Windows/Linux troubleshooting and patching.

- Solid hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, and PowerShell scripting.

- Deep knowledge of enterprise monitoring/observability tools.

- Familiarity with SRE principles and DevOps culture.

- Experience with patch management tools (Ivanti, Endpoint Central, etc.).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in high-pressure, 24x7 environments.

- Team player with a collaborative mindset and low ego.

- Flexibility for on-call support, including weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as AZ-900, ITIL, CCNA, Datadog, SolarWinds are highly desirable.

- Prior experience in healthcare or health insurance industry is a plus.

- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a strong advantage.
