Role Overview :

We are hiring a Lead Data Analytics Engineer to drive BI and advanced analytics initiatives using Databricks. The role focuses on building scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and ML-driven insights for business functions like wealth management, portfolio analytics, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design analytics frameworks and data models on Databricks

- Develop BI dashboards for sales, portfolio, operations, and leadership reporting

- Perform advanced analytics (segmentation, predictive insights, trend analysis)

- Manage ML lifecycle using MLflow

- Deploy models for batch and real-time use cases

- Monitor performance using Grafana and Amazon CloudWatch

- Enable self-service analytics and define KPI/reporting standards

- Collaborate with business and data engineering teams

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Databricks, Spark, SQL

- Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

- Experience with MLflow or similar

- Knowledge of data modeling, analytics frameworks, and cloud platforms

- Strong stakeholder communication skills
