Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into data solutions.

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database schemas to support reporting and analytical needs.

- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring high quality and reliable data flow.

- Implement data warehousing solutions leveraging dimensional modeling, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.

- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems.

- Automate data processing and reporting workflows using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL scripting.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

- Partner with IT, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain collaborative workflows using Git or other version control systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, schema design).

- Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling, and schema design.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server).

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

Good to Have :

- Python programming experience, especially for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).

- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in data or analytics projects.

- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
