Job Summary :

Experienced Cloud Platform Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning, automation, and enablement across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Proven track record of driving secure, scalable, and compliant cloud foundations, enabling developer self-service, and improving platform efficiency through automation and governance. Strong technical leader with hands-on experience in networking, IAM, AKS, API management, and ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end cloud provisioning and enablement across Azure, AWS, and GCP, from intake to deployment and operational readiness.

- Identify, Design & Implement Continuous Improvement track to actively work on open challenges and issues faced by end engineering teams

- Report progress on Continuous Improvement around Month-on-Month productivity gains to PepsiCo Lead

- Own problem management and RCA, identify systemic issues, and implement long-term fixes to improve platform stability.

- Implement best practices around cloud provisioning and Automations to help elevate the end customer experience

- Partner with cross-functional teams (application, platform, network, DB, ops) to deliver standardized and secure cloud environments.

- Manage cloud access provisioning (subscriptions, projects, IAM roles, service principals, service accounts) ensuring least privilege and auditability.

- Provide L2/L3 support, resolving complex issues in infrastructure deployment, networking, IAM, and policy enforcement.

- Manage DNS provisioning and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable name resolution across cloud platforms.

- Resolve application connectivity issues involving private endpoints, firewalls, routing, TLS, and DB integrations.

- Lead API onboarding and provisioning, ensuring adherence to operational, security, and governance standards.

- Define and enforce Apigee onboarding standards, including proxy configuration, traffic management, and lifecycle compliance.

- Understand ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, and approvals to improve request validation, automation, and user experience.

- Drive Cloud Marketplace Portal (DevX) improvements, enabling self-service provisioning and faster onboarding.

- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support operational excellence.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor engineers, and lead adoption of cloud standards and best practices.
