Role Summary :

Responsible for driving cloud infrastructure provisioning, automation, and enablement across Azure and AWS. Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant environments. Act as a key technical partner supporting engineering, platform, and operations teams in enabling smooth cloud onboarding and self-service capabilities. Continuously improve problem management processes and propose effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage cloud infrastructure provisioning across Azure and AWS, from request intake to deployment and operational readiness.

- Work closely with application, platform, network, database, and cloud operations teams to provision infrastructure following industry best practices.

- Handle cloud access management, including subscriptions, accounts, resource structures, service principals, managed identities, and service accounts, ensuring proper security and audit compliance.

- Identify issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term solutions to improve efficiency and reduce recurring problems.

- Provide L2/L3 support for cloud provisioning, resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, access, networking, and policies.

- Manage and troubleshoot DNS and API provisioning, including name resolution issues.

- Support application connectivity troubleshooting (app-to-database, private endpoints, firewall rules, security groups, routing, and TLS configurations).

- Work with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) ingress configurations, including routing, TLS setup, and secure exposure of applications.

- Improve request validation processes and drive workflow enhancements for better governance and accuracy.

- Handle ServiceNow requests and remediation activities within defined SLAs.

- Contribute to DevX/self-service portal improvements to enhance developer experience and onboarding efficiency.

- Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks, workflows, and knowledge articles.

- Explore and suggest AI-driven solutions for improving infrastructure provisioning and operations.

- Should have good understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards and dashboard concepts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).

- Strong understanding of cloud provisioning, networking, and security.

- Experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
