Role Overview :

As a Python Developer at Euphoric Thought Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to deliver impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the FinTech space. Your contributions will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and innovation of our core product offerings, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Python and Django for our FinTech platforms.

- Design and implement database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality.

- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure code quality across the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.

- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with the Django framework, including developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various third-party services.

- Solid understanding of relational database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and database administration.

- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code, with a focus on maintainability and scalability.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
