Role Overview :

As a Python Developer at Euphoric Thought Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining critical components of our financial software platforms. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced engineers, product managers, and quantitative analysts to translate complex business requirements into elegant and efficient code. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of our systems, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based APIs and microservices to support real-time data processing and analytics for our financial platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust solutions.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to our clients.

- Optimize existing code for performance and scalability to handle increasing data volumes and user traffic.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
