Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to ensure seamless delivery cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate product releases. By managing cloud infrastructure and automating deployment processes, you will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platforms used by our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery across multiple environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes to optimize resource utilization and maintain high availability for production services.

- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

- Automate configuration management and routine operational tasks using Ansible to reduce manual intervention and minimize human error.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize build processes for improved developer productivity.

- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and ensure system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing containerized environments using Docker and orchestrating them at scale with Kubernetes.

- Proven ability to design and maintain automated CI/CD workflows using Jenkins to support continuous integration and deployment cycles.

- Proficiency in managing cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, including services related to compute, networking, and storage.

- Strong command over Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

- Ability to write and maintain automation scripts using Ansible to streamline configuration management and system deployments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role, with a focus on high-traffic production environments.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model in Bangalore, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.
