Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled EUC Linux Consultant to join our team on an immediate basis.

This role involves handling L3/L4 support, managing critical incidents, and ensuring the stability and performance of Linux endpoints in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage L3/L4 support activities including incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution

- Handle P1/P2 incidents with quick service restoration and root cause analysis

- Perform Linux endpoint build, image, and maintenance activities

- Execute patching, vulnerability remediation, and application deployments

- Package, test, and deploy Linux applications across environments

- Collaborate with platform, security, and infrastructure teams

- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

- Work within ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in EUC Linux environments

- Hands-on experience with Puppet

- Experience with Ansible for automation

- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Ubuntu or enterprise Linux distributions

- Exposure to ServiceNow and ITSM processes

- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Confluence
