Detailed JD:

- Hands - on experience managing Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, including governance, security, and tenant configuration

- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring

- Strong experience in building architecture, presenting to Architecture Review Board to the client for approvals.

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra and related identity technologies.

- Familiarity with identity federation (ADFS), SSO, MFA and cloud identity solutions.

- Proven experience leading AD-related projects, including migrations and integrations.

- Experience with privileged access management and identity governance.

- Good knowledge of application authentication methods.

- Design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures including AD architecture standards, policies, and procedures.

- Experience with domain migrations and application migrations.

- Design and delivery of modern workplace programs such as Zero Touch provisioning, Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployment, and modern management technologies.

- Experience designing technology roadmaps, current state assessments, and target state enterprise architectures.

- Strong stakeholder communication, executive level presentation, and product team collaboration skills.

- Experience in SCCM/Intune/Mobile device management.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
