Job Description :

Platform Execution & Roadmap Delivery :

- Partner with the Product Manager to execute the Content Stack roadmap.

- You will be responsible for turning high-level goals into actionable technical plans that support ETGs broader platform story.

- Lead the technical drive to simplify Provider Integrations (Recipes).

- You will reduce system complexity and "Time-to-Market" for new suppliers, ensuring integration velocity meets business needs.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Architects, Engineering Managers, and the CAT (Content Acquisition Team).

- You will navigate internal dependencies across Search and SRE to ensure stable, high-value delivery.

- Own the tracking of platform KPIs.

- You will monitor system health and integration success rates, providing the data needed to optimize productivity and system transparency.

Technical Leadership & Backlog Management :

- Translate business and architectural needs into well-articulated EPICs and User Stories.

- You will define clear acceptance criteria that account for security, CI/CD advocacy, and reusable component design.

- Oversee the development of the platform to ensure it represents the growing needs of our global network, maintaining reliability at high traffic volumes.

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all agile ceremonies.

- You will manage a sophisticated backlog, balancing platform stability with the delivery of new features in a fast-paced environment.

- Drive improvements in logging consistency and system observability to empower developers with faster debugging and issue resolution capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5-7+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar technical leadership role, specifically managing complex, integration-heavy platforms or middleware.

- Domain Expertise : Direct experience in the Travel Industry is essential.

i. You must be fluent in the nuances of GDS, NDC, and LCC integrations

ii. understand the technical complexities of flight data acquisition

- Technical Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of software architecture, including RESTful APIs, Micro-services (AWS/Azure), and the complexities of third-party data normalization.

- Execution Focus : Proven ability to lead scrum teams and navigate agile ceremonies while maintaining a high level of accountability for delivery.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is considered an advantage
