ETL Developer - Talend/Cognos

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and automate batch job scheduling workflows to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize scheduled batch processes to minimize downtime.

- Integrate job scheduling automation with ETL and BI tools like Talend and Cognos.

- Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines related to scheduling automation.

- Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and implementation related to job scheduling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve automation workflows.

- Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in scripting and automation of job scheduling and monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with Autosys, Oracle Scheduler, or Apache Airflow.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell.

- Exposure to ETL/BI tools such as Talend and Cognos is a plus.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
