We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong SQL Server expertise to design, build, and maintain ETL workflows and enterprise-scale database solutions supporting data migration, integration, and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and app teams to implement data mapping & transformation rules.

- Implement data quality checks, error handling, and logging in ETL processes.

- Optimize ETL pipelines and SQL queries for high performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot ETL job failures, SQL Server performance issues, and data integrity problems.

- Document ETL processes, workflows, and database designs.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.

- 7 - 8 years total experience (minimum 6 years relevant in SQL Server & ETL).

- Hands-on expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, partitioning, query optimization).

- Strong experience in SSIS, SSRS/SSAS, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

- Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling.

- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
