Technical Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tech Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software architecture.

You will be a key technical leader, guiding the development team in building high-quality solutions using Python, Flask, ReactJS, and MongoDB.

This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive our technology initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-level software architecture, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Lead the technical strategy and roadmap, making critical decisions on technology stack and best practices.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and architectural oversight.

- Develop and implement back-end services using Python and the Flask framework.

- Lead front-end development efforts using ReactJS, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.

- Architect and manage database solutions using MongoDB, optimizing for performance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains current and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.

- Proven expertise in Python and extensive experience with the Flask framework.

- Solid experience with modern front-end development using ReactJS.

- Deep knowledge of database design, management, and optimization with MongoDB.

- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
