Role : ERPNext / Frappe Developer

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our development team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in customizing, developing, and implementing ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework.

This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of business workflows across various domains.

Location : Kolkata

Experience Required : 3 to 5 years

What Youll Do :

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules and Frappe applications.

- Create custom DocTypes, workflows, server scripts, client scripts, print formats, and reports.

- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications using REST APIs.

- Work on system upgrades, version migrations, and bug fixes.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Optimize ERPNext performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.

- Prepare documentation and conduct user training when required.

- Support deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Our Ideal Candidate :

Must Have :

- Strong experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Jinja templates, REST APIs.

- Good understanding of databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and Linux environments.

- Experience in developing custom apps, modules, and ERP customizations.

- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical tasks.

- Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with ERPNext version upgrades and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of HR, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, or Manufacturing workflows.

- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

- Basic understanding of DevOps tools or cloud hosting environments.

- Contributions to Frappe/ERPNext open-source projects (optional).
