About the Role :

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM's global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM's global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and operate shared cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including environments, VPCs/VNets, subnets, gateways, and networking services.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) to support application workloads.

- Implement cloud security standards (IAM, RBAC, network security, encryption, secrets management).

- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions across cloud environments.

- Build standardised infrastructure modules, templates, and deployment patterns for consistent usage across projects.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 4+ years' experience in cloud/platform engineering roles with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure.

- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS), networking, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Strong problem-solving ability and a reliability-focused engineering mindset.
