Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead PHP (Laravel) Developer, based in Bengaluru.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

The candidate will lead a team of developers, review code, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, debugging, integrating APIs, and constantly improving system performance.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework, with experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications.

- Experience in software architecture, system optimization, and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in database management, including MySQL or PostgreSQL integration.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js or React is a plus.

- Familiarity with API development and integration, including RESTful APIs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and troubleshooting.

- Experience in team leadership, code review processes, and agile methodologies.

- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and adaptability to dynamic projects.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
