About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking applications. The candidate will be responsible for production support, issue resolution, application monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations of mission-critical core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking applications.

- Investigate and resolve production incidents.

- Analyze application logs and transaction failures.

- Perform SQL-based troubleshooting and data validation.

- Support core banking batch jobs and reconciliation activities.

- Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution.

- Participate in release and deployment activities.

- Ensure system availability and operational stability.
