About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to provide production support and maintenance for Loan Origination Systems (LOS) used in Retail Banking and Lending operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL/PL-SQL expertise, application troubleshooting experience, API debugging skills, and exposure to middleware technologies such as WSO2, ESB, and Spring Boot-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 production support for Loan Origination System (LOS) applications.

- Monitor application health and resolve production incidents within SLA.

- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.

- Perform SQL/PL-SQL based investigations and data fixes.

- Support API integrations and troubleshoot interface failures.

- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

- Participate in release deployments and post-release validation.

- Perform root cause analysis and prepare incident reports.

- Support batch jobs and integration workflows.
