Job Summary :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with meaningful hands-on experience across both Java backend development and a modern frontend framework such as ReactJS or Angular. The role will contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise applications used across the Bank, covering API design, business logic, user interfaces, integrations and production support. The successful candidate should be equally comfortable working on server-side services and browser-based applications, and should understand how to build secure, maintainable and testable components in an agile engineering environment. This is not a backend-only or frontend-only position; practical experience in both Java and ReactJS/Angular is required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance full-stack applications using Java for backend services and ReactJS/Angular for frontend interfaces.

- Design REST APIs, reusable UI components, validations, integrations and business workflows.

- Work with product, business analysis, QA and DevOps teams through design, development, testing and release cycles.

- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, debugging, performance improvement and defect resolution.

- Support production issues and ensure applications meet enterprise security, reliability and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of application development experience with hands-on work in both Java and ReactJS or Angular.

- Strong Java fundamentals and experience with Spring / Spring Boot based applications.

- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based UI development, HTML and CSS fundamentals.

- Experience with REST APIs, SQL/databases, Git and standard software development practices.

- Ability to independently troubleshoot full-stack issues across UI, API and database layers.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Exposure to microservices, CI/CD and banking/financial-services applications.

- Experience with automated unit testing and secure application development practices.
