About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will support critical business functions, address daily support needs, and implement enhancements to meet project goals. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining GDPR compliance within the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the following tasks :

- Development and Maintenance : Develop and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements and project goals.

- End-User Support : Provide daily support to end-users and work on Business-As-Usual (BAU) enhancements to optimize system performance and usability.

- GDPR Compliance : Assist with the housekeeping of data to ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the Salesforce Delivery Manager, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, and fellow developers to design and implement high-quality solutions that bring business benefits.

- Agile Environment : Ensure a proactive and flexible work environment, promoting agility in responding to changing project goals and evolving customer requirements.

- Client Onboarding & API Integration : Work directly with client developers and testers to support client onboarding, API integrations, and smooth system deployment.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze project objectives, understand business needs, and advise on Salesforce best practices.

- System Administration : Provide system administration support for both internal and customer-facing solutions, following best practices in application lifecycle management processes.

Skills and Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions.

- Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Proficient in Salesforce.com development, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Salesforce Certification : Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is preferred.

- Data Management : Familiarity with GDPR compliance and the ability to manage data privacy practices within Salesforce.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in an Agile development environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

- Collaborative Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients effectively.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Tools & Technologies : Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, Salesforce DX, and experience in API integrations.

- System Administration : Experience providing system administration support, following best practices for application lifecycle management.

- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document code, write technical reports, and support end-user documentation.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning : Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Lightning development.

- Integration Experience : Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs.

- Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge : Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Communities.
