Job Title : GIS Technical Lead

Location : Singapore

Experience : 8- 10 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a GIS Technical Lead role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with client-side enterprise architects to understand and align with enterprise architecture principles, ensuring all solutions adhere to defined standards and guidelines.

- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical design documents, ensuring clarity and traceability.

- Address and incorporate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.) into the overall solution architecture.

- Design and implement system integrations, both file-based and service-based (REST/SOAP APIs), ensuring seamless data exchange with external systems.

Technical Skills & Tools :

- WebApp Builder and/or Experience Builder

- ArcGIS JavaScript API

- Python for scripting and automation

- Proficient in spatial data migration using tools such as FME.

- Deep understanding of ArcGIS infrastructure setup, deployment, and performance optimization.

- Skilled in installation and configuration of the ArcGIS platform in various environments (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks
