Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes/AKS, Terraform, Docker, and scripting. The candidate will be responsible for automating software delivery, managing cloud infrastructure, supporting application deployments, and improving the reliability and efficiency of development and production environments. The role involves working closely with application development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to implement scalable DevOps practices and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

- Manage application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines, release management, and work-item tracking.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and/or ARM Templates.

- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployment.

- Support microservices-based application environments and cloud-native deployment practices.

- Implement deployment strategies such as Rolling, Blue-Green, and Canary deployments where applicable.

- Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate operational activities.

- Monitor application and infrastructure health and troubleshoot deployment, performance, and availability issues.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and ensure effective deployment solutions.

- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational practices across Azure environments.

- Support security and access-control practices across cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.

- Conduct POCs to evaluate new Azure services, DevOps tools, and deployment approaches.

- Identify opportunities to improve automation, deployment speed, reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure, deployment processes, pipelines, and operational procedures.

- Networking and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.

Required Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.

- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with AKS/Kubernetes and Docker.

- Experience with Terraform or ARM Templates.

- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and deployment concepts.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with Agile development teams.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
