Role & responsibilities :

- Experience in network monitoring, engineering tools management, assurance systems, or technology implementation.

- Strong experience with Entuity network monitoring platforms in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including :

1. TCP/IP

2. SNMP

3. VLANs

4. Routing & Switching

- Experience working in multi-vendor environments including :

1. Cisco

2. Juniper

3. Aruba

4. Palo Alto

5. F5

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.

- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with engineering workflows, quality systems, and enterprise integrations.

- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.

- Strong skills in :
