Entrata - Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities will include :

- Lead strategic engineering programs with a focus on integrating AI tools to improve developer productivity and product delivery speed.

- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, CodeWhisperer, Cursor) across engineering teams.

- Identify opportunities where AI can streamline SDLC processes such as code generation, testing, documentation, and release planning.

- Manage end-to-end program execution using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

- Oversee release management and coordination, ensuring quality and predictability of software releases.

- Maintain and optimize engineering workflows through tools like JIRA, Confluence, Guru, etc, and extract actionable insights.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, SDET, design, and business stakeholders.

- Identify program risks and dependencies early, proactively resolving blockers and aligning priorities.

- Deliver clear, concise program updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a software product

environment.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and full SDLC management.

- Demonstrated experience using and implementing AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot,

Cursor or similar in engineering workflows.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across organizations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or Business.

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in Software Development.

- Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe), PMP, or related disciplines.

- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering automation practices
