Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to spearhead our architectural strategy and drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives from our Thane/Navi Mumbai office. In this leadership capacity, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, ensuring that our enterprise ecosystem remains scalable, secure, and future-ready.

You will collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap, mitigate enterprise risks, and oversee the end-to-end design of high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect comprehensive enterprise-grade solutions that streamline business processes and support long-term digital transformation objectives.

- Evaluate and mitigate enterprise risks by implementing rigorous governance frameworks and security-by-design principles across all technical layers.

- Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

- Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps that optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation.

- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of architectural excellence to ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, multi-tier enterprise architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy and modern cloud-native environments.

- Proven ability to navigate high-stakes stakeholder environments, effectively communicating technical trade-offs to non-technical leadership to secure project buy-in.

- Advanced proficiency in identifying and addressing enterprise-level risks, ensuring that all architectural designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence organizational strategy and drive consensus among diverse technical and business teams.

- A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to lead on-site teams in Thane/Navi Mumbai while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
