Enterprise Observability & AIOps Architect

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Enterprise Observability Platform Automation & AI Operations Consultant to help build and scale enterprise observability capabilities across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, automation, integrations, and platform engineering, with a strong focus on building reusable observability standards, onboarding frameworks, and operational automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise observability standards and best practices.

- Develop reusable onboarding templates and monitoring-as-code assets.

- Define telemetry standards, health models, and OpenTelemetry implementation patterns.

- Automate observability workflows using Dynatrace Automation Engine and scripting frameworks.

- Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Azure, CI/CD platforms, and enterprise tools.

- Drive AIOps initiatives, event correlation strategies, and operational automation.

- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Platform, and Operations teams to enable observability-driven outcomes.

- Support AI/LLM observability initiatives and advanced telemetry use cases.

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on observability architecture and platform adoption.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace Administration and Platform Management.

- Experience with Dynatrace APIs, Automation Engine, and platform integrations.

- Expertise in Open Telemetry, telemetry pipelines, and observability frameworks.

- Experience implementing Monitoring-as-Code / Observability-as-Code solutions.

- Strong knowledge of AIOps, event correlation, and operational automation.

- Hands-on scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Shell, or similar technologies.

- Experience integrating observability platforms with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Azure, and CI/CD tools.

- Strong understanding of enterprise observability architecture and platform engineering principles.

- Ability to independently lead technical discussions with architecture and engineering stakeholders.
