Role Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Enterprise IT Leader to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modernizing IT landscapes, leading digital transformation initiatives, implementing AI-driven business solutions, and aligning technology investments with business strategy.

This role requires a visionary leader who can build high-performing technology teams, establish enterprise architecture, optimize IT operations, and leverage emerging technologiesincluding Generative AIto improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise IT Leadership :

- Develop and execute the organization's enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead enterprise architecture, IT governance, Enterprise application, ERP, AI, cloud, applications, and service delivery.

- Build scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms supporting business growth.

- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

Digital Transformation :

- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

- Modernize legacy systems and drive cloud-first adoption strategies.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.

- Establish digital operating models and technology roadmaps.

- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and product-centric delivery models.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation :

- Develop and implement enterprise AI strategy aligned with business priorities.

- Identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases across operations, customer service, finance, HR, supply chain, and sales.

- Lead deployment of AI-powered assistants, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions.

- Ensure responsible AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI practices.

- Partner with business leaders to embed AI into core business processes and decision-making.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise transformation programs.

- Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

- Experience managing enterprise IT operations and technology portfolios.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HCM, and collaboration platforms.

- Demonstrated experience implementing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration strategies.

- Experience managing multimillion-dollar technology budgets.

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
