We are looking for an experienced Enterprise BI Platform Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise-scale BI platforms. If you have strong expertise in Power BI Administration, Tableau Server, BI Platform Support, and Production Operations, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support enterprise BI platforms (Power BI Service/Fabric, Tableau Server, Alteryx or Sigma).

- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Manage gateways, data sources, permissions, governance, upgrades, and platform changes.

- Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Analytics teams.

- Optimize BI platform performance, reliability, and security.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of BI Platform Administration experience.

- Strong experience with Power BI Service/Fabric and/or Tableau Server Administration.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI Gateways, Workspaces, Capacity Management, Security (RLS), and Governance.

- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

- Experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Performance Tuning.

- Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Data Models, and ETL concepts.

- Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure teams.

Good to Have :

- Microsoft Fabric

- Alteryx or Sigma

- Databricks or Snowflake

- ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

- Power BI Report Development
