Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Automation Tester with 6-11 years of experience, specializing in Core Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OOPs concepts and proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks. This role requires a professional who is proficient in BDD methodology and is comfortable with a 5-day work-from-office schedule in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust test suites to ensure the quality of our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Core Java and Selenium.

- Implement and maintain robust automation frameworks, preferably using Cucumber & JBehave for a BDD methodology approach.

- Utilize and manage code repositories with GitHub and Copilot.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring test requirements are met and collaborating with development teams.

- Conduct in-depth testing of applications, log bugs, and manage their lifecycle from identification to closure.

- Apply a strong understanding of OOPs concepts to write clean, efficient, and maintainable automation code.

- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 611 years of experience in automation testing, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java concepts and coding.

- Proven experience with Selenium and a deep understanding of OOPs concepts.

- Strong understanding of Java BDD methodology and experience with Data-driven and Hybrid automation frameworks (preferably Cucumber & JBehave).

- Good understanding of GitHub and Copilot.

- Basic knowledge of Ubuntu, Linux, and Windows OS.

- Basic knowledge of Network protocols.

- Knowledge of the bugs/defects life cycle.

- Experience with HP ALM or equivalent product lifecycle management tools.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication is preferred.
