Role & responsibilities :

- Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term technology vision.

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across applications, data, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

- Develop architecture standards, frameworks, principles, and best practices to guide technology decisions across the organization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, infrastructure, security, and leadership to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives.

- Define integration strategies using APIs, microservices, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.

- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on architecture best practices, design patterns, and technology standards.

- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Prepare architecture documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations for technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of designing large-scale enterprise solutions.

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, System Design, and Software Architecture.

- Experience with TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks is highly preferred.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with cloud-native architectures.

- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Solid knowledge of security architecture, identity and access management (IAM), performance optimization, scalability, and disaster recovery.

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, data architecture, and integration technologies.

- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.

- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or PMP are preferred.
