Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

- Build scalable, high-performance APIs and backend components enabling robust business workflows.

- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define system design, architecture

patterns, and best practices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with high quality and attention to detail.

- Work across the full development lifecyclefrom requirement analysis, design, development,

testing, deployment, and monitoring.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system

reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, contribute to coding standards, and help improve engineering

practices.

- Integrate with databases, messaging systems, caches, and third-party services.

- Build internal tools and utilities that improve developer productivity and platform efficiency.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX, and customer-facing teams to understand

requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.

- Deploy features frequently and ensure smooth operations in production environments.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Java.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of REST API development and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

- A builder mindset proactive, detail-oriented, ownership-driven.

- Passion for developer experience, clean code, and scalable system design.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working with cross-

functional teams.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience with Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike or similar technologies.

- Background working on enterprise-grade platforms or financial services systems.

- Experience building internal tools, SDKs, or libraries enhancing developer productivity.
