About the role :

Director of IT Infrastructure is a hands-on role that will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Global IT infrastructure management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

What you will do :

- Leadership & Strategy : Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Infrastructure Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.

- Productivity & User Experience : Drive employee and customer productivity by implementing optimal use of Productivity Platforms like Microsoft Office, AI Platforms, and Service Delivery.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of IT systems and data; design and implement best practices for cybersecurity in partnership with the security team.

- Budget & Vendor Management : Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.

- Disaster Recovery : Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.

- Stakeholder Management : Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Cyber Security, and IT Applications.

Who you are :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in network and server management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ITIL processes, and Productivity/AI tools.

- Leadership : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with strong problem-solving skills.
